International Exhibition on Electronics Products in Vietnam 2009

Succeeding the successful launch of its last eleven editions, Vietnam Telecomp & Vietnam Electronics 2008 will be held from November 26 to 29, 2008 at HoChiMinh City International Exhibition and Convention Center, SR Vietnam. Being the most significant and authoritative ICT & electronics event in Vietnam with strong international content, the twin expos receive continuous support from overseas pavilions from China, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, which will bring numerous global renowned corporations and state-of-art technology to Vietnam's blooming ICT & electronics market.

The two pavilion organizers from China, including China Pavilion, which is being led by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Electronics and Information Industry Sub-Council and PTAC Pavilion, which is being led by China PTAC Communications Services Co., Ltd will bring the largest group of exhibitors to the twin expos. At the same time, pavilion organizers from Korea (Korea IT Business Women's Association "KIBWA") and Singapore (Singapore Industrial Automation Association "SIAA") also demonstrate their consecutive support to Vietnam Telecomp & Vietnam Electronics this year by bringing groups of notable ICT and electronics enterprises to the shows.

One of the breakthroughs this year is the first presence of two new pavilion organizers from Taiwan and Thailand. The Taiwan pavilion is led by Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (TEEMA), which is one of the most influential associations in Taiwan with over 3800 member companies in electrical and electronic industries, aiming to demonstrate professionalism and creativity in the industry. A number of renowned Taiwan-based enterprises, including Dinkle, Good Will, KingHold, Kinsun, Ta Hsing, Taitouch, Vidar-DCS, YFC BonEagle, etc. will showcase their leading-edge, innovative and quality products / services in the twin expos, such as various types of wireless broadband access, PVC, rubber, fiber optic cable & wire, power system solution, network multiplexer, terminal blocks, VOIP device, various types of power supply cord, handsets, converter and connectors together with vast form of test & measurements solution. While the Thailand pavilion is led by Software Industry Promotion Agency (Public Organization), which will bring another new scope of ICT and software products and services to the Vietnam market.
Furthermore, both local and international telecom operators demonstrate extensive support to Vietnam Telecomp and Vietnam Electronics 2008. Overseas giant operators and well-known companies including Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, Motorola, Nokia Siemens Network, NTT DOCOMO, Orange France Telecom, PCCW Global, Qualcomm, Samsung, SK Telecom and ZTE, etc. will share with us their top-notch, creative, multi-functional yet user-friendly technology and products, which can be widely used in different industries under the convergence era, such as telecommunication, data-communication, network security, transportation, medical, military, surveillance and industrial automation, etc.

For instance, SK Telecom, the giant wireless communications provider in Korea will display a wide range of convergence services such as Satellite DMB, MelOn music service, GXG mobile game, Mobile CyWorld social networking service, m-Finance and Telematics, which connect people to entertainment, finance, home networking and many other services whenever and wherever they prefer. Orange France Telecom, another leading-edge technologies and 3G service providers will introduce its "touch and feel" experience of 3G services in the twin expos, which will be offered soon in Vietnam.

Currently, the twin expos receive Diamond Sponsorship from SK Telecom, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei and ZTE, Banquet Sponsorship from Orange France Telecom, Gold Sponsorship from Nokia Siemens Network, NTT DOCOMO and Samsung, Symposium & Luncheon Sponsorship from Qualcomm, Symposium Sponsorship from Global Data Service Jsc (GDS) and Motorola, and many more.

Officially sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) and co-organized by the Vietnam Posts & Telecommunications Group (VNPT), the largest operator in Vietnam and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd (Adsale), Vietnam Telecomp & Vietnam Electronics 2008 are expected to occupy an exhibition area of over 6,000 sq.m. and gather around 200 exhibitors.
